It's Pretty Personal offers in-house coverage for all orders placed directly from our site! 

We encourage all customers to open a claim when appropriate.

Tracking or delivery issues?

Need to FILE A CLAIM on a damaged or missing package?

Please submit ALL claims through email,  SHIPPING@itsprettypersonal.com 

You must include your full name, order # and concerns in the email for faster assistance. 

  • Order not moving in transit history in 7 or more business days, you can file a claim. 
  • Contents of your order come damaged? File a claim with photos attached. 
  • Contents missing? Contact us to file a claim. 
  • Order Marked delivered but stolen? Contact us to make a claim. 

    Orders sitting as "PENDING ACCEPTANCE" for days at a time?- this is very common lately with USPS- they are not scanning while in transit. A number of our orders have been going from "pending acceptance" to "delivered" with NO scans in-between.

ONCE AN ORDER IS OUT OF OUR HANDS AND IN THE HANDS OF USPS, delivery time is out of our control.
